About Priya Srivastava

I am currently working as Postdoctoral Researcher at MCI, SDU, Denmark. I am working on metal oxide as electron transport layers for hybrid perovskite and organic solar cells. I have recently defended my doctoral degree from the Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee under the supervision of Prof. Monojit Bag. > I work on hybrid perovskite-based solar photovoltaic devices such as solar cells, LEDs, and water-splitting devices. > I study the physical properties of these devices using electrical characterization techniques such as impedance spectroscopy, intensity-modulated photocurrent/photovoltage spectroscopy, and transient photocurrent/photovoltage measurements. > I have presented my work at many international conferences such as the 2018, 2021, 2022 MRS Fall Meeting, APS March Meeting 2019, nanoGe HOPV20 Online Conference 2020, and 2020 Virtual MRS Spring/Fall Meeting & Exhibit.
