MY ROLE- I am working with Brilliant Hire as an Expert (SME) to evaluate online assessments and after the evaluation give accurate feedbacks to both the Candidate and the Recruiter. which helps both the Recruiting firms and the candidate to upgrade themselves. Along with assessments I also create the new quality questions for assessments.

I worked as a deputy manager of Information Technology department, where I have to manage all responsibilities of the department including government Tender’s creation, biding management and client handling. I developed a software for the finance department.

I worked as a communication and User Experience designer, where My Responsibilities were to accomplish all design projects with the client interaction.

Here my responsibilities were to deliver Design solutions for the companies project from Interaction Design perspective.where I worked upon some in house projects as well as client projects, here I handled a team of five junior Designers, where I supervise them for all projects from Design perspective.

It was a Telecom company where I worked as a Graphics & Interface designer and served several projects like Game Design , Illustration, Branding , Interface Design etc, I designed mobile interfaces , page layouts, advertisements, web portals, templates, branding & corporate identity designs, illustrations etc.

I worked as a software engineer in pure implementation & consultancy services, where I learned many things about the software industry.
