⭐️As a third-year Bachelor of Commerce student at the University of Madras, I am pursuing a major in Bank Management, which aligns with my passion for driving positive change and achieving organizational goals. My last experience was a client relationship executive at IPCS global, a leading platform that helps students to practically learn, grow and develop their skill sets.⭐️At EduFynd, I provided guidance and support to international students throughout their journey, from application assistance and visa support, to financial planning and pre-departure preparation, to post-arrival support and follow-up. I leveraged my communication, convincing, and leadership skills to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, and to promote a culture of adaptability and continuous learning. I also gained valuable experience in Human Resource, having worked as an HR intern at LearnX and an HR recruiter intern at Afynd, where I excelled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as conducting meetings,follow-ups, and payroll processing.⭐️I am proficient in accounting and management, marketing, sales and payroll skills, and I am eager to contribute value and learn from dynamic environments.
