The Centre for Accessible Learning (CAL) at Algonquin College provides support to students with disabilities who self-identify. I was able to be a part of this team as a Reader and Scribe, which was a part-time experience on my college campus. I was also a Scribe and Education Support at the John Howard Society which is an organization that has a strong history of helping individuals and families who are at risk of, or have come into, conflict with the law.
