• Managing the entire life cycle of the search mandate: from initial mapping to closing. • Attending the kick off call & understanding the requirement of the client in detail, thorough mapping of the market to understand the current norms & trends pertaining in that particular segment in India, preparation of Job description as per the requirement, identifying the talent pool available in the segment through various job portals & other networking site.• Market mapping & Headhunting: Identifying the key players in the industry & mapping their entire organization / division by tracking their key human resources using various social networking sites.• Posting Ads on Job Portals according to Job Profile.• Benchmarking of the profiles on the basis of the requirements. Validation of resumes, interacting with candidates & taking their detailed telecon. followed by the personal meeting, briefing them about the job requirement & organization and accessing their fitment for the desired position.• Coordinating & scheduling the Tests/ Technical Rounds/ Telephonic round/ Personal meeting/ Feedback & follow up actions.• Conducting initial background verification of the shortlisted candidates followed by close coordination with the vendor for detailed background verification of the final shortlisted candidate.• Handling joining formalities (pre & post): preparation of offers & appointment letters, salary break up, conducting reference check etc.• Mentoring new team members on the entire recruitment process & guiding them in their respective projects.• Maintaining various departmental records, prepare reports for the department.

• Handling both non IT and IT recruitment.• Strategizing for resource acquisition to meet the entire requirement as per given time limits.• Validation of the profiles as per the client requirement from job portals & current database • Targeting the prospective employees for the organization; Head hunting them, makeing them understand the requirement.• Taking initial screening interview to present suitable candidates to the client's • Gathering pre-close information (candidate's present compensation, relocation issues, reference check etc.).• Get in touch with the client and the candidate before joining and after selection as well

• Handling the entire recruitment cycle - Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing and Placing qualified talent for the entire Mainframe Competency• Sourcing of profiles from job portals (Naukri, Monster), taking references from Data Base, Head Hunting.• Screening the resume so as to assess the HR Fit & the Technical Fit of the candidate for the applied position.• Taking the preliminary round of HR interview so as to judge the communication skills and observe the “candidate-organization fit” closely • Coordinating with the Managers for the Requirements and carrying out the recruitment process smoothly.• Co-coordinating with clients for post & pre interviews.• Maintaining and updating database, tracker of all relevant profiles.
