I am a result-oriented person and believe that hard work and continued upskilling is a must to define future success.I am a commerce graduate from SIES college Nerul (Mumbai), After that I did Dual-MBA, One Executive MBA is running from XLRI in HR, and other one is in Retail Management from JIMS, Rohini (Delhi).I have spent 5+ years with retail banking, Then I started my own D2C venture in home furnishing category. I have built that from scratch to 50 Lakh INR ARR but covid leads to that venture to different journey. In 2021, I have made a major shift in my career and I am working with a HR Consultancy as a head hunter.I have started my career journey from scratch 3 times in complete life span, first when I was starting my professional career (base), second when started my own venture (I wanted to build my own) and third when I had decided to pursue HR as my career (Venture closer due to Covid and Maternity Break). I love to talk to people, and this is what I do in my current Job, talk to candidates, understand their skills and map that with open positions in hand. Current role also required a lot of coordination, discipline and stakeholder management which I bring from my previous experience of total 9+ years, and for domain expertise I have a professional certification from the TOP MOST ranked HR management institute of India.
