Total 18 years of industry experience with more than 17 years in CAE. One year of design and shop floor experience in Textile auxiliary machines. While working in Quantech got the opportunity to work for many (rather say almost all) of the leading Auto giants and Tier 1 suppliers. My career as a CAE professional was groomed by the 3 years I stayed with Quantech. After that it was Satyam, again one of the good companies to work with, and my auto background got a shift to Heavy engineering. Being in an Industry that is not as matured as Auto / Aero huge chunk of my learning happened in these three years. My learning curve took an exponential function to follow and I will cherish these years with Satyam.Now at Dell Engineering services (Former Perot Systems), I continue to improve my technical profile at the same time for the first time I am into Library management, participating in Business development activities, facilitating Leadership sessions etc.. This company has helped me in executing multiple pilot projects which were very demanding and at the same time interesting. And am completely ready to help myself to be able to leap with this fast growing company....
