Project Manager Team Lead
Current• Effectively lead and manage a team of 6 Project Managers distributed across India, US and Canada. This includes supervising and tracking their programs, managing escalations and structured problem solving, collaborating with Ops, Finance, and other stakeholders to develop remediation plans. Ensure they receive adequate training and are equipped for success. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update processes and procedures• Ensure adherence to product processes, quality standards, and deliverables• Successfully manage and coordinate with all stakeholders, across the enterprise, and across regions to ensure that project deliverables are delivered on time• Act as a Product Manager on several occasions. Worked with the Products team to test and release new products and platforms (CMS, Base loyalty platforms etc).• Manage programs with high profile clients like Starbucks and P&G. This involves being engaged with the client and all other internal and external stakeholders through the project lifecycle i.e. from pre-sales and contract writing to program execution, change management, budget control and tracking, delivery and support while the program is live and data analysis once the program is over.
