• Lead a team of 5 analysts and senior analysts and working on a BT board driven programme requiring analysis and understanding of the 20 major contracts within Wholesale & Ventures division to help strengthen governance across the contracts• Detailed study of As-Is systems & functions of more than 50 BT Business & Public Sector (B&PS) customers, their products, processes, Order2Cash, Offers and provided recommendations for both system enhancement and process re-engineering to reduce cost, revenue leakages and process gaps• Created business documentation such as BRD and raised user stories for functionality enhancements and followed through till deployment and UAT in Live environments. - Capturing the business requirements and propose high level solution for the business needs Identifying dependencies, issues and risks- Understanding existing Gaps, Pain Areas, Processes & System Stack and Proposing solutions to migrate the systems to strategic components considering the future stack- Assisting in Modeling and documenting the end user’s AS-IS Workflow and TO-BE Business Processes- Migrating the contracts on True North Stack by performing appropriate configuration on the tool and tracking of deliverables as per plan to ensure they meet the customer requirements- Responsible for conducting User Training and Operational Readiness Testing for the entire contracts that are migrated- Responsible for preparing user manuals and providing Post GO- LIVE Support- Raising Change Requests (Bridge Cases / Improvement Plans) to improve E2E Billing Performance and work closely in coordination with solution designers, component teams & ASG teams in order to progress with the Change Requests- Trained and mentored new joiners about billing system and the processes involved

- Participated in design and implementation of Test Strategies, estimation and planning.- Derived functional test requirements from requirements specifications, created test design documents including test scenarios and test cases.- Executed test cases assigned , recorded results and raised defects in JIRA , maintained logs in Test Link- User Acceptance Testing - Demonstrated the completed user stories and executed key test scenarios to product owners, to ensure that the system works as expected.- Participated in application Walkthrough demos, defect management and clarification calls.- Preparation of test status reports on daily basis.
