In my role as senior device engineer, I was part of memory productization and reliability team and have been involved in product qualification, testing and development of new memory technologies.• Device bring up for new technology nodes and, characterization and qualification of 2D/3D NAND flash memories.• Performed reliability and accelerated aging tests and was involved in failure and root cause analysis to understand and correct underlying device issues.• Involved in process optimization and automation to reduce turn-around time using Python and development of GUI using Python code.

• At “Underwriters Laboratories”, a safety consulting and certification company, was involved in testing and certification of products like circuit breakers, relays and switches. Worked on BIS, UL and IEC standards.• Was part of team which developed standardized datasheets & report formats for safety of circuit breakers especially for Indian market, the team was recognized with a “Special contribution team” award.• Developed safety datasheets and standard operating procedures (SOP) for the testing equipments.
