This involved understanding the data migration requirements, training requirements and change adoption strategy. Led the selection of the Organizational Change Management services vendor through an RFI process. Upon successful selection, worked closely with Supply Chain to negotiate contract and continue to be involved in ongoing KPI measurement of vendor performance in delivering OCM services. Leadership of the OCM team of 3-5 consultants for the past two years to enable successful change adoption as a result of project implementations.Key role in selecting, interviewing and hiring project delivery consultants (PM, PgM, BA, QA roles) by working with strategic vendors to staff for project requirements.
