Identify the most suitable talent in line with the client requirements using several domestic and international job portals, social media websites, headhunting techniques and also through reference-based recruitment. Use several other data research techniques to reach out to the right persons and convince them to apply for the proposed jobs.3. Interview prospective candidates, test skills, perform reference checks and match to the job listing. Describe the position to the candidate to ensure compatibility and present candidate information to the client.4. Develop and implement a recruiting strategy that will support current job listings and maintain a listing of candidates for future needs. Utilize knowledge of client requirements and contact previous candidates for referrals.5. Maintain knowledge of Universal Hunt operations system, policies, procedures and guidelines.
