1) Configure and maintain Cisco IP Phones for Ria Stores and Offices APAC. Create account and maintain Cisco Webex. 2) Create, restructure and plan flow for Ria's TollFree and DID via Webex Control Center which is used by users to connect to the respective department. Checking and configuration in Oracle SBC (e-sbc).3) Designing and documentation of Calls Flow and Network diagram for Back Office which utilizes Cisco Webex4) Create Cisco Anyconnect, Forticlient VPN accounts, policies and whitelisting.

Malaysia

1) To monitor and troubleshoot VSAT link issues faced by vessels via Ticket, Whatsapp, Skype, Phone Call and E-mails. Need to log into router and switched as well for this purpose2) To keep links to be Online and add needed configurations into the modem for this purpose ( optimum power config, add extra needed beams on the vessel location etc). 3) To add and block IP Addresses if needed by customer. 4) Assist on-site Engineers for CPI and 1dB test and push config to modem5) Assist customer on simple WAP Installation. Further assistance escalate to Remote Engineer team6) Assist with VSAT phone issues which later escalate to voice team if needed

Malaysia

1) Troubleshoot and escalate received incident report/ ticket using VSAT and networking knowledge which received via email, phone calls/whatsapp and proactive monitoring.2) Assist on-site FE remotely3) Monitor outbound carriers of TDMA and SCPC (offshore) sites.4) Troubleshoot/ assist customers to resolve their issues via phone calls.5) Work based on SLA of 99.7%
