As a Human Resources Associate at Aptiv, a global leader in mobility solutions, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job creation to onboarding, as well as training and development, employee engagement, and well-being programs. I also handle ISO audit and documentation, payroll inputs, and exit formalities, ensuring compliance and quality standards.I have a Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Human Resources Development from Gurunanak College, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and ethics. I started my career as a HR Trainee at Thikai Innovations, a technology consulting firm, where I worked on project coordination, interview scheduling, and meeting facilitation.
