•Conduct programs of sampling and analysis to ensure that a company’s product meets the required quality standards based on set policies.•Conduct inspection and testing analysis on incoming raw materials according to inspections and test tables. •Perform finished product tests using techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy, and physical and chemical separation methods.•Perform inspections across all stages of production to ensure quality and adherence to regulations and standards.•Maintain inspection reports for the purpose of auditing and interpret and analyze experimental results gathered during product development. •Maintain calibration of quality control equipment and maintain all gauges and test machines.•Initiate training for workers concerning safety programs to protect employees against work hazards

Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives and solutions to ensure resolutions of complaints• Assist customers in placing orders, fulfilling refunds and handling exchanges• Follow communication guidelines, policies and procedures• Make product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences• Maintain customers accounts and records account information• Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concernsas they arise• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
