Effectively coach recruiters in recruitment and selection processes while ensuring compliance.Utilize ATS as a primary resource to increase efficiencies in the recruiting process and identify potential candidates.Drive and manage the candidate experience to ensure a positive experience for both internal and external candidates.Continuously develop business knowledge of the company and strategic objectives, industry and current market dynamics.Represent company at Career Fairs, Campus events, conferences, etc.
