Nordic Training & Development Partner
In my Nordic role and in this new Nordic set-up, that has been in place just for a year and a half, we are setting up a whole new culture of development, training and learning at The Adecco Group. My vision is to drive a culture where where "everyone is both a teacher and a student”. In this strategic role I innovate and implement learning strategies, processes and content. I lead projects and project teams around various learning and development projects and ensure we meet our metrics and KPIs when we deliver them. Well-being, diversity & inclusion, sales and leadership upskilling are currently among the main areas of focus, and lately I also completed my Birkman assessment certification, which will further help me develop and coach our colleagues and leaders. I support the sales and tendering team by ensuring all sales and commercial materials, instructions as well as customer data are up to date.
