In my Nordic role and in this new Nordic set-up, that has been in place just for a year and a half, we are setting up a whole new culture of development, training and learning at The Adecco Group. My vision is to drive a culture where where "everyone is both a teacher and a student”. In this strategic role I innovate and implement learning strategies, processes and content. I lead projects and project teams around various learning and development projects and ensure we meet our metrics and KPIs when we deliver them. I own and manager our learning systems (LMS & LXP) in the Nordics, implementing, training and launching these tools in the area. I have been responsible for setting up a whole new, common on-boarding structure and format across the region, ensuring an efficient, effective, partially automated and engaging journey for both our new colleagues as well as their managers. In terms of training, I develop and manage both our live and digital content, run trainings, coach and develop our people. Well-being, diversity & inclusion, sales and leadership upskilling are currently among the main areas of focus, and lately I also completed my Birkman assessment certification, which will further help me develop and coach our colleagues and leaders. I'm glad to say that in this rapidly molding environment every day and week brings out something new and exciting! I'm definitely doing what I love <3

In my latest role, I am now part of our global customer success team at Vainu. Consulting and developing key accounts in a global level to optimize their growth with the help of B2B company data, and tailoring customised data solutions for our current and potential customers.

After being promoted to being a Talent Development Manager at Vainu I have taken charge of training and onboarding Vainu's new employees to the commercial teams, as well as planning and developing career plans for the Vainu crew at various levels. I'm developing and building Vainu's online learning platform for internal learning and development: planning and executing the course content and trainings. My role has a strong focus on employee development and retention and currently I am also partially responsible for internal communications at Vainu.

As a Business Development Manager I am helping Vainu, the fastest growing tech company in Europe, increase its sales and grow to become the world's number one platform for company data. Working with multiple companies and industries in Europe has been a great learning opportunity and having being chosen to Vainu's first BlackSmith team (talent management program) has indeed been a great privilege.Having grown from 29 to almost 200 employees during my time at Vainu shows that we have indeed worked hard to get where we are...and the journey does not end here! Vainu was selected as the Sales Organization in Finland in 2017 and continues to be one of the fastest growing companies in Europe, continuously grabbing multiple nominations and prizes in various business categories.

Focusing mainly on contract management and negotiations, my role as a Commercial Proposals Analyst also involves managing and being in charge of the CRM-software of the company, managing SAP and the processes related to it, drafting sales reports and ensuring all sales related information and materials are up to date. Budgeting and forecasting continue to be part of my responsibility as well as ensuring all sales processes are in place.

As a sales & tendering specialist at Alstom Finland Oy I have had a great opportunity to work in a vibrant, challenging, multinational work environment. My main tasks in this position vary and I get to be a part of multiple functions and processes. I prepare tenders, offers and cost calculations. I deal with contract management, mainly drafting and preparing contracts and service agreements, and am going through further training in this area. I am the key user of our CRM (Customer Relations Management) system and ensure our customer database is up to date. I administer our business opportunities, risk logs and carry out CRM trainings. I am also the SAP key user for the Alstom Finland unit. I carry out SAP trainings for new employees, help develop our SAP functions and coordinate with our SAP area center regarding any issues related to the system. In addition to the system related responsibilities I develop and plan Alstom Finland’s business processes: coordinating and planning with other departments, drafting out processes diagrams and mapping them in a process tool, I help ensure that business processes reach high efficiency and serve the business to the fullest. Strategy planning, annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting as well as technical translations (Fin-Eng-Fin) are also included in my scope of work. I support the sales and tendering team by ensuring all sales and commercial materials, instructions as well as customer data are up to date.

In my position as a Human Resources Executive I assisted the HR manager and department with several employment and human resources related tasks, from searching for and reviewing job applications in newspapers and websites to preparing employment contracts and recruitment materials. Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) like Taleo and ALPS softwares was also part of my job. I also dealt with visa and work permit applications for foreign employees and interacted with a wide range of people from different countries and cultures. Overall my scope of work in this HR position was extensive and extremely interesting.

I worte my Master's Thesis for the Alstom Group in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and more specifically on how CSR can strategically create added value to Alstom's corporate performance. My topic in specific was: "Sustainable Development – the Key to Competitiveness: CSR as an added value to Alstom’s corporate performance"​. I spent four months writing my thesis in Paris in the Alstom head office where the group's CSR team is based and finalized my thesis in Finland.

In the position as a service provider in Sampopankki (Danske Bank) I was able to further enhance my knowledge of the finance sector and the banking industry. My scope of work was diverse and I had the opportunity to learn the many functions of bank operations. My key tasks included the managing of user, savings and small-scale investment accounts. This included executing transactions, issuing cheques and bonds, as well as carrying out and managing daily financial operations and customer relations.
