I am a mixed methods researcher who began my career as a quantitative measurement professional. I was trained as a psychometrician and as an industrial/organizational psychologist. After having spent the first few years of my career focused primarily on quantitative simulation studies, I developed a keen interest in qualitative research, specifically on identifying and interpreting stakeholder needs and translating those needs into actionable and interpretable score reports for large scale educational assessments.
