Work Description and Major Tasks:Nagpur Metro Rail project (Infrastructure Project) has adopted 5D BIM, mainly by using software like Oracle Primavera P6, Bentley ProjectWise, Bentley AssetWise, RIB iTWO and SAP. The project is portraying the benefits of BIM for whole project lifecycle for eg: for Collaborative and user friendly working environment,Design Drawing and Document Management System, Asset Information Management, eliminating excessive expenditures and time overrun.

Work Description:Managing the projects through the construction lifecycle, with efficient construction, engineering services spreadacross the phases of bidding, preconstruction, execution and closeout, to deliver work products in a competitiveturnaround timeframe, allowing the field engineers to be channelled towards site execution. Looking out for future making the construction management process optimal and better, with automation and predictive analysis by leveraging the historical data. Major Tasks:Construction Management including, Change Management, Document Management, Document Review Assistance, Cost Estimation and Bid Management

• Closely observed Construction of G+17 Building• Due to exposure, gained knowledge of all modes of measurements at site.• Performed all site tests, along with Surveying and Supervision, Estimation and Quality Test also followed the Safety Measures
