Built Proton on Linux Ubuntu and CentOS using Perl scripting and implemented RTL-GDS II flow for 16x16 Vedic-Multiplier which helped in analyzing the software capabilities of Proton.Cross verified the gate level netlists generated by Proton with Qflow and Yosys synthesis tools.Used Graywolf placer and Qroute tools for placement and routing.Analyzed timing reports using Vesta STA tool and DRC check using Magic design tool. Documented Proton and all its features and did a comparative study with other IC design tools for feasibility in the company. -
