I provide regulatory reporting and advisory services to firms regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority including include hedge fund managers, investment advisory firms, private equity and brokers based in UK and US. Currently, I’m supporting a number of my clients with the preparation of COREP reporting under CRD IV and AIFMD regulations as applicable.In addition, I work with firms who have been approved by the FCA regulatory Sandbox supporting them while they go through the process of getting authorised.

I was responsible for the compliance,accounting and operations for the fund and the fund manager. This included liaising with prime brokers, fund administrators, lawyers, auditors, brokers, FCA and analysts. The role extending to managing everything other than money.

I was responsible for the statutory audit for hedge fund managers and asset management companies. My key clients included GLG Partners, RAB Capital, Threadneedle Asset Management Limited and Nomura Asset Management Limited. Besides, I was also heavily involved in a FSA regulatory implementation project at Fidelity Investments.
