Plant Operator
CurrentPlant Operations & Maintenance• Understand, direct, prioritize and oversee daily operations.• Probe, take samples, Making sure product quality meets contract requirement• Coordinate with the team to optimize operating results.• Provide feedback to the Plant Manager on opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, or quality of product.• Monitor work volume and personnel capacity along with updating of various production logbooks checklist.• Arrange and adjust shifts accordingly.• Keep plant clean and organized.• Communicate challenges, concerns, and learnings with the next shift.• Perform and preventive and autonomous maintenance.• Troubleshoot minor breakdowns and assist maintenance team as required.Regulation & Quality Control• Ensure production is in accordance with regulatory requirements.• Ensure employees operate within standards that meet safety, regulatory compliance, environmental, quality, customer service, and cost controls.• Always follow good manufacturing processes, meeting industry regulations and equipment protocols.• Practice quality control protocol at all phases of production and shipping and receiving.• Report all quality issues and opportunities for improving quality control.
