Supervising the maintenance, servicing and assembly (production) of specialized snow cutter machine & ILBM( Interlocking Block Machine), including installation/Commissioning of equipment and system planning and providing comprehensive ground support. Collaborated with international engineers, including Chinese specialists, on the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Quilting and Bending machines. Led the installation of machinery & conducted thorough fault - finding and troubleshooting for various Garment & Textile industry machines, including single needle machines, Printing machines, Washing machines, CNC machines, Quilting machines and Bending machines. Delivered technical support and training to enhance the skillset of operators and maintain high operational standards. Implemented preventive maintenance routines and maintain inventory in stock to ensure the reliable operation of production machinery and prevented unexpected breakdowns. Generated and presented reports on machinery issues, maintenance activities and performance metrics to management for review and action.
