I am here to share ideas about - 1. Employers to be more humans2. 90% of people in modern times are not happy with the life they are living. The "GREAT" modern technological advancement has led to a life that is SUB-PAR. I am not really interested in jobs. I think most jobs are toxic and violation of basic life rights of living beings. Jobs are basically slavery, one can try to minimize the slave element, but that's what they are. majority of people are in jobs because 1. they geniunely need money to survive- they don't have place to live,- they dont ve food on the table- other basic needs are not metOR2. they are dumbingly consumerist, - they always keep increasing their need zone- they buy expensive things unnecessarily - their comfort zone and "must have" are rather big. The moment you start questioning how much you REALLLY need. You can be free from TOXIC SLAVERY jobs. You were born to live, not to be a slave. Minimize your needs, practice stoicism, minimalism, expanding your comfort zone. Be careful about falling in trap of never ending need of money. Everytime you buy something, there's a good chance that you are paying your TIME, your LIFE away. Rather use an old phone, than to sacrifice time with your children. Better live in a small 1 room apartment, than having a 4 bedroom apartment, that you will probably never use. And spend majority of your time in doing a job or work that is toxic or you don't love. I am here not to find jobs, but to share my thoughts with everyone. I would love if employers are jolted and disturbed by my thoughts. And it gives them sense to respect their employees. I would be really happy if some employees get inspired and get clarity to become free from the modern day slavery. Human is the only animal that spends 80% of the time of their life away from self/family/dreams/passions/relaxing. Lets discuss that.
