• Learning Partner for Capability development• Running large scale Learning and Employee Training Initiatives; yet customized for Teams, Accounts, Business Units, Capability Groups, etc.• Responsible for the overall effectiveness and success of Learning and Development for the COE Experience Engineering – Web and Mobile. • Run Top Gun Academy to enable high potential developers for their full lifecycle Architects journey across different capabilities – Java, Front end and Mobile. • Training & Development of the two critical Business Units within the organization – Telecom Media and Travel & Hospitality. • Responsible for designing, developing, customizing learning programs for employees. • Meeting regularly with senior leadership to identify specific training needs to improve skills and competencies of employees. • Responsible for managing the oversight of program design, Learning Management System, logistics, delivery, metrics, and maintenance.• Usage of Learning Data to analyse, innovate and predict the long-term and short-term Learning Goals, thereby helping relevant business units to Upskill and Cross-skill people at the right time, resulting in higher retention and people satisfaction. • Impact Analysis of the learning programs and ensure effectiveness. • Providing the right blend of E-Learning, and Instructor-based-Learning in conjunction with measured and innovative Assessments, Case Studies and Mock Projects and Mentorship to the folks
