My job role is working on the European Market and responsibilities will include:* Sourcing resumes as per requirements and working on contract opportunities.* Coordinating with the candidates to collect the information (visa status, experience, umbrella company, CTC, Reason for job change, relocation, etc....) for a interview and verifying about candidate performance on job role.* End to End full life cycle recruitment – Sourcing, Shortlisting, Email / Confirmation, Calling, Negotiations and Submitting.* Handling multiple requirements at a time and fulfilling the clients.* Gathering the requirements from hiring manager/accounts manager, screening the requirements and fishing out promising profiles within a time frame.* Also, utilizing the social network job boards and extensions if I don’t find profiles in ourdatabase.* Working in various social websites and job portals to find passive candidates.* Finding new extensions on the market which will help out to find email address without using paid versions.* Posting the job requirements in LinkedIn to attract talent.

* I will find ELUSIVE, LATENT and INACTIVE Talent in social websites. * I will source the candidates from various websites like LinkedIn, Github, Stackoverflow, Twitter, Facebook, Indeed, Dribble, Wordpress, Blogger, Talentbin..........and I am pulling out the candidate's contact details of candidates using several tools, extensions then updating those information in database. * Also, I am helping the candidates those who are actively looking for opportunities by connecting them to recruiters who are in US. * I will approach the candidates who would like to change their role if I don't find contact information.* Also, Maintaining the pipeline with candidates who would like to change their role in future.Note : I will source only the people who are in united states.

* I will work on active candidates and active requirements. * Sourcing on IT Technical profiles based on requirement and sending them to our U.S recruiter.* Updating the profiles in our database with updated resume.
