Responsible for providing full leadership and direction to a team of employees in an effort to deliver a full range of sales and customer support activities in coordination with the Consumer Sales team. Ensuring the seamless delivery of support services to Citi clients and to assist team in meeting sales targets.Performing managerial duties including, performing evaluations, as well as providing direction of daily tasks and responsibilities to team membersIdentify techniques to improve sales productivity to ensure business targets are met and conduct team trainingsMaintain compliance and legal standards set forth by business.Apply in-depth knowledge of sales to resolve client issues and identify client needs.Communicate risk concepts to sales team to maintain satisfied service quality.Ensure all sales activities are conducted within the approved compliance and regulatory frameworkAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
