Additionally, new ideas and practical solutions to generally relevant problems are exciting to me.My current position is ICT Support Engineer at a collage. I assist IT users, by providing technical support and assistance via email, phone, and in-person. I work primarily on applications and troubleshooting in the IT department.The course I have completed include Information Systems, Business Process Management, Business Intelligence, System Analysis, Data Analysis, and IT Service Management.I am also working in Woolworths as an Online Assistant. Previously, I worked as a manager in AAMG CLEANING GROUP SA. While working in that company, I got pride of a successful manager for enhancing business roots. Among the key skills, I have capability to demonstrate strong communication skills, requirements elicitation, documentation, reporting, analytical view, problem-solving and change management.I like to meet new people, go through all the recipes in the family cookbook, learn new things, and explore new places when I am not working.
