With over 15 years of work experience in various roles and sectors, I have developed core competencies in strategic and operational leadership, business planning and governance, stakeholder engagement and management, and project and program management. My mission is to leverage my diverse and rich expertise in ESG/Sustainability, strategy, operations, and finance to support the growth and development of the organisation.As the Chief Operating Officer at CFA Society India, I was accountable for the core operations of the organization, such as member engagement and growth, staff and volunteer management, external relations, career services, events and sponsorship, and cross-society collaborations. I worked in close coordination with the Board and volunteer committees to implement and deliver key projects, high quality events, and initiatives that align with the yearly business plan and the long-term strategic goals of the Society. Some of the skills that I used and enhance in this role were new business development, analytical skills, and customer relationship management.
