- Implementation and monitoring of requirements of third party Certifications [Integrated Management System (for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018)], Accreditation as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017, BIS Recognition, VCA Certification of the organization for both Centres of ICAT (ICAT Centre-1 &2) for various disciplines.- Liaison with the Certification bodies for updations in the guidelines & implementation within organization.- Closely work with all the testing labs to identify the scope of accreditation as per industry requirements and help them prepare relevant documents as preparation for audit- Review of organizational Safety status with Safety Officer for ensuring safe work place- Review of organizational compliances - Visiting client site for implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements in their testing lab & get accredited.- Hands on experience of Procurement of services and products through GeM portal through tendering

Joined ICAT in Aug'2013 as Assistant Manager-Customer Service Cell wherein I was single point of contact for handling COP of Engines, Debt control and Property handling.

- Core team member for Deming implementation- Key responsible for ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certification of Pantnagar unit of Ashok Leyland- Liaison with QMS certification body- Coordinate with respective process coordinators (FSM shop, Axle & CWP shop, Engine & Gear box Shop, Chassis shop, Weld shop, Paint shop, Vehicle Testing Shop, Purchase, Maintenance, HR, Admin) for implementation of systems required for IMS deployment.

- Joined as Trainee Engineer in ECU SMT Production. Eventually got promoted as Senior Engineer and handled complete SMT Production line for Maruti and Toyota independently.- Achieving production targets within time and cost parameters. Close monitoring of production and ensuring timely completion of schedule through KANBAN- Launching of New product & Design change implementation in existing products by proper setting the process & manpower, updation of first/final product check sheets.- Establishment of new processes & products with all control items- As a Quality circle Co-ordinator, ensuring QC’s from each line, improving Quality, Effectivity, Cost & Lead time.- Co-ordinating Inter-departmental meetings as well as sharing special activities (Mishandling Prevention Reflection chart, FM’0 Activity & Go-Go activity, Safety status of Dept. through Safety Mirror, Do-Say activity) with top management.- Hands on experience in Lead free SMT production- Launching of first Lead Free Solder Product from Line in Denso Haryana Pvt. Ltd for Toyota(N-Corolla AT, MT model)- Developing, motivating & mentoring team by setting higher expectations and initiating individual member accountability.
