Co-found social innovation startup working to combat sexual assault issues on college campuses via smart jewelry and education programs. Led the Merakhi team on business operations and strategy initiatives including market research, content creation, funding competitions, development of business plan, incorporation process, provisional patent process and more. Currently still in prototyping phase, and developing education programs for schools in New Jersey.

Collaborated with global CSR teams, industry experts and internal stakeholders to develop packaging toolkit for Carrefour suppliers. Also conducted market research to strengthen Loop initiative/partnership for circular packaging solutions.

Curated sustainability content to develop online education training modules for business professionals looking to learn more about how to tackle their sustainability transformation.

Developed, facilitated, and evaluated community diabetes education programs for the South Asian community of Somerset County.

Created curriculum, class materials, and activities for a 10-week accredited Rutgers course for first-year students on introductory Public Health topics including the SDGs and sustainability as they relate to health.

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield is a health service corporation providing health insurance coverage to approximately 3.8 million people throughout New Jersey. Managed multiple projects simultaneously during this internship: led the annual intern project which involved 22 interns collaborating on community opioid awareness campaigns; trained colleagues on Tableau software; researched medical issues to advise executives on consideration of new programs; designed infographics to communicate new medical payment program.

Supported Physician Outlier Programs Audit in the Healthcare Management Division. Contributed to the development of the first annual Health Care Transformation Challenge, which awards students $8,000 total for innovative ideas to bring health care awareness to young professionals.

charity: water is a non-profit organization that raises money to bring clean water to people in developing countriesImplemented initial stages of The Adventure Tour - an interactive program to educate children on the water crisis and teach them about giving to help others. Maintained donor database via research and outreached to donors to strengthen relationships.
