As a Senior Associate (TA & L&D) I am responsible for identifying hiring needs, designing job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through databases, portals and social media. I collaborated with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements, assessed applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions, and conducted interviews and sorted through candidates to fill open roles. I also took references and built long-term relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.I have a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, Human Resource and Marketing from Calcutta Business School, where I gained theoretical and practical knowledge in various aspects of HR and marketing, such as recruitment, selection, training, performance management, compensation, branding, and strategy. I also have a BBA degree from KIIT School of Management, where I developed a strong foundation in business administration and management. I have a passion for talent acquisition and a skill for finding and attracting the best talent for the organization.
