I have developed a new metric through API for measuring system performance. This includes various performance parameters such as internal and external latencies .2. Fixed customer reported escalations regarding existing metric collection mechanism. This involved replacing the client libraries to retrieve the system data and refactoring and reorganizing existing code flow to aggregate the related data.
