Worked in Larsen & Toubro Infotech Limited as a Software Developer..Have worked on two important projects:-CRM Accelerator:- Its Group of functionalities to enhance the capabilities of the MS CRM 2011. It consists of Campaign tracking, Global Search, News Broadcasting, Approval framework etc. Campaign tracking helps us to identify the preferred customer from particular campaign. Global Search enhances the user searching capability of the CRM user across the multiple entities. News broadcasting enables to display the global news Panel in MS-CRM 2011OTIS Service Management System Phase:-OTIS desires to implement OTISLINE functionality using Microsoft Dynamics CRM from the Services Modules in Phase-I of the project.The scope of this project was to customize MS CRM 2011 as per client requirements, Plug-in development using C#.Net to perform predefined task dynamically, and Workflow creation in MS CRM 2011.Roles:• Defining Requirement Boundaries• Preparing FSD and TSD• Preparation of Unit Test Cases• Demo sessions• Unit Testing• Integrated System Testing• Preparation of Test Case Document• Requirement gathering• Preparation of Issue log• Implementation
