As a Talent Acquisition Intern, I was part of the TA team at the Celestica R&D Design Center in One Precinct, Penang. I supported my team in professional talent hiring across hardware and software functions by coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements and applicant selection needs. I sourced applicants through job boards and passive searches and compiled lists of candidates with diverse backgrounds. I also acted as an interview coordinator, arranging and following up on interview feedback with hiring managers.Additionally, I conducted new hire onboarding by preparing preboarding materials and leading first-day employee orientations. I participated in campus programs and employer branding activities, representing Celestica at career fairs, career talks, and university student industrial visits to build a strong candidate pipeline. Furthermore, I designed hiring and career fair posters for social media postings.
