A. Handling sales inquiry management and corporate relationship building. Carrying out promotional campaigns, for sales inquiry generation.B. Compiling customer feedback related to sales and after sale services use the same for analyzing adherence to service operating procedure at the dealership. Managing customer complaints and the customer relationship management system (CRM-DMS). Handling PSF process, Conducting customer meet and delight activities for improvement of CSI Score. Maintain the MIS Reports (daily, monthly and quarterly) Supervising the post sales activities to convert the dissatisfied customer into satisfied ones and relationship building with customers. Sales promotions, Trend analysis, Client relations, Revenue analysis.  Responsible for assigning & finalizing targets, monitor & review periodically

Main Responsibilities:• Dealing with customer and interacting in order to know their requirement and then recommending then to which product they may go.• Managing corporate clients with respect to query/complaint handling. • Competition bench marking and analysis for the management. • Meeting sales targets.• Maintain their file and their records related to purchasing of car.• Comparison analysis and SWOT reporting.
