 Liaising and co-ordinate with Advocates & Solicitors. Coordinating and corresponding with clients, Counsel teams, government authorities and liaisoning with the departmental person. Conducting research for various Legal Information. Drafting of all types of Legal Documents such as Legal Notices, Sale and service Agreement, Vendor Agreement,Non – Disclosure Agreement, offer letters, Employment Agreements, Leave and License Agreement, contractual Agreements, Agreement for etc... Represent the company at legal negotiations and at courts/tribunals. Draft Plaints, Written Statement, Writ Petitions, and all other ancillary proceedings thereto. Coordinate with and seek legal opinion, as required, from legal advisors. Tracking of all legal court matters. Managing and undertaking legal research as required. Reviewing the drafting and finalising of Petitions, Suits, Written Statements, Drafting & vetting all commercial documents, contracts & agreements.
