Key Responsibility Areas: Lead end to end global external communications program for a number of business unitssuch as Automotive, Next Gen Applications Development Management, Testing, BusinessServices, Digital Engineering and Manufacturing and Automation Spearheading integrated communications global campaigns - including thought leadershipreports, client wins, customer success stories, analyst recognitions, offer launches andaward wins – (Global press contact for announcements under these categories) APAC region management – Aligning with the marketing and communications leads frommarkets like Australia, China and South East Asia to ensure they are streamlined with theglobal marketing and communications team Strategic Planning and Execution - Preparation of dedicated strategic externalcommunications plan for external marketing campaigns which includes end to endmanagement and execution. Working hand-in-hand with business leads, marketing managers, analyst relations anddigital teams to take an integrated communications approach Working with the global PR agency, WE Communications on a day-to-day basis to leverageCapgemini’s presence with international media publications Content writing including press release, media pitch, authored article Planning and Reporting – Working with marketers to create annual PR plans and coveragereporting on milestones achieved

 Planning and execution of day to day operations for all the clients  Daily news tracking & analysis of the client, competition & industry news Developing strategy document, quarter plans, articles, briefing book, email interviews Responsible for senior management interviews (briefing them before the interview)  Conceptualize and draft press releases, industry stories, pitch notes and spokesperson quotes. Managing press conferences and events. Developing efficient media contacts.  Crisis management, facilitating customer engagement with the media Maintaining relationship with the analysts Generate content for all media activities for coverage Develop relations with media and facilitating key message delivery on behalf of the client.
