- Employees Performance Management- Employee Talent management- Quarterly Contest Designing- Employee On-boarding and Offer Letter Initiation- Pan India Hiring coordination.- Incentive Planning and calculations.- Monthly Target Planning.- Attendance follow up and consolidation- Counseling and guidance to Employees- Maintain Employees records on the tool- Assisting employee with Joining and Exit formality - Leave of Absence management for employees.- Employee grievance handling- Attend conference calls on the processes that are supported on the floor as and when appropriate- Part of huddles, team meetings and one on one as and when required. - Escalate on time to TL / Ops Managers and Staffing in the event of any challenge or break down of the process.
