Coupled with our industry-leading customer concierge service, collaboration features and an awesome mobile app, iBE.net represents a new breed of business software.Website: http://www.ibe.net Accountabilities:• Executing a blended role as the HR Generalist and the Resource management for iBE• Formulate the Joining and Induction Plan for new hires• Efficiently handling the recruitment process for all the technical positions• Framed and implemented significant company policies like Leave policy, WFH, Reward and Recognition etc.• Processing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, certifications, reimbursements and bonuses etc.• Background check on all new joining documents, personal files.• Responsible for Employee grievances and counseling.• Managing a team of 50 professionals and SPOC for all Employee concern• Responsible for Payroll Processing, Leave management, Performance appraisal• Organizing Employee engagement activities.• Maintaining database and company’s official records.• Handling exit process starting from the initial communication until exit interview.• Maintaining all Employee and Company updates on centralized database.
