- Tutored students on a one-to-one basis and in groups, leading to increased math comprehension and improved performance on tests

- Performed a mid-year compliance review by auditing departmental performance, resulting in multiple preliminary reports for the Privacy Officer- Conducted extensive interviews with employees on use, disclosure, and retention of personal information, which led to the development of a retention schedule- Developed a presentation and online training module on applicable legislation for yearly privacy training. This module is still being used to conduct annual compliance training
