Under Lady Bamford Charitable Trust, (JCB CSR)Topic: Study on strengthening the current education system in the government schools around Ballabgarh, Haryana in the project areas of LBCT.-Visited government schools, interacted with teachers and students, took classes, participated in Robotics, Digital class, Music class, Painting Class, Motivation session, designed questionnaire and evaluated the projects and performance of the schools based on selectively choosen parameters.Also interacted with the villagers and participated in SHG meetings and individually interacted with parents and school staff as well as project officers of JCB LBCT. -Traveled frequently between partner schools within two or three districts.-Prepared regular reports on on-ground activities, progress at government schools adopted by JCB and learnings on a monthly basis.-Provided career consultation to government school students. -Took classroom lectures, motivational session and interactive sessions and monitored educational projects by JCB CSR in government schools of Haryana, through various indicators and SWOT Analysis. -Assisted in Digital classes, robotics and fine arts classes in government schools.-Designed a module for SMC meetings which has been adopted by them.-Prepared and carried out research survey at the school and villages adopted by JCB CSR around Ballabgarh district of Haryana, India.-Designed questionnaire for the research and analyzed the same through MS EXCEL and SPSS.-Identified challenges encountered by students and school authorities in line with educational resources for strategic pursuit.-Later also presented the research survey paper in ICER JERAD international conference, in Kerala, which will be published by Journal Of Environmental Research And Development.
