Current• Streamline communication by serving as the primary liaison for department heads, addressing their individual and team needs promptly.• Implement effective corporate management processes to oversee office space and facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and organization.• Successfully manage logistics across multiple offices, including flights, hotels, visas, and expense tracking.• Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining services and procedures, including correspondence control and record management systems.• Facilitate company license and visa renewals for all employees.• Work closely with IT and technical support teams to maintain office systems, equipment functionality, and security.• Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE laws.• Administer employee incentive programs and facilitate health insurance applications in collaboration with insurance agencies.• Lead employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences.• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, terminations, and investigations.• Manage procurement processes, including vendor registration and payment coordination.• Create and Maintain HR records in compliance with data privacy laws.
