The work experiences I encountered during the internship allowed me to develop specific skillet required for the UX designer.I have learned about the enterprise collaboration,Project management.information governance,e-discovery reference model(EDRM),Competitor Analysis, Product structure/strategy,developing UI screens,wire framing,Coordination with team members,analysis and iteration,tracking goals and integration.Also i got to know the 3 P's followed in Knovos that is People,Process and Product.I have also learned about the project management software of Knovos named EZ manage and its functional attributes along with entity relationship which needs workflow management automation for better automation of the task.I have learned to develop workflow in workflow management system module interface that I created with an example of use case. I think I still need to work on my UX research tools like card sorting,heuristic evaluation and other UX laws. However, the overall experience was positive, and everything I learned will be useful in my future career in this field.This project deals with the purpose and functionalities of the product.
