Priyanka comes with 13+ years of experience in the Development sector and over the past 6 years, she has been in leadership roles. She has demonstrated experience in Designing, Implementing and Managing Engagement Strategies and programs as part of Corporate Social Responsibilities. She has worked with Multi-National corporations with Social enterprises and grassroots NGOs in villages. She has designed and managed EVP and CSR initiatives for corporates like American Express, Credit Suisse, Maruti Suzuki, Diageo to name a few. In her current role with iVolunteer she is responsible for:-- Business Development, strategic planning and CSR policy framework-- Designing and management of Employee Volunteering Programs and CSR projects-- Managing team both internally and at client's end, Rigor in large scale CSR projects implementation, -- Monitoring, evaluation and rolling back learning into implementation in a corporate/business environment. -- Facilitator: Have facilitated multiple workshops on CSR, Volunteer management, and many more.She loves to travel solo, at times with her girl gang also with her husband and child, she also enjoys reading and gardening. She believes in upskilling and learning new things and currently helping friends and acquaintance with creative designing of logo, posters etc. which she picked-up on the job.
