-Lead the marketing function for doTERRA India, overseeing a team of two individuals.-Spearhead the brand strategy for the Indian market, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.-Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches (Essential Oils, Skincare, Personal Care, Kits, etc.), focusing on pricing, packaging, and product assortments.-Strategize, launch, and review content for packaging, social media platforms, and the company website.-Create BTL marketing collateral, such as brochures, concept videos, and product trainings, to support distributor activities and attract potential customers.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule product launches, monthly promotions, and offers.-Determine pricing and product selection for Limited-Time Offers (LTOs) and Permanent kits.-Work closely with the US Team to develop yearly promotions/offers and align marketing plans accordingly.-Provide marketing support during events, including content creation, branding, experiential marketing, and influencer marketing.-Establish and maintain strategic brand alliances with anchor brands.-Implement PR initiatives to uphold and elevate the brand reputation in India and raise awareness about the brand's associated causes.

-Responsible for marketing initiatives for Mumbai and Goa regions.-Conceptualization and execution of offline and digital marketing activities to accelerate store performance-Executing price changes via branding changeovers and new marketing collateral development -Responsible for increasing revenue for markets through judicious spending of the allotted budgets-Handling non-TVC ATL campaigns such as outdoor advertising, cinema ads, radio, BTL activations in trade areas and social media campaigns -Developing appropriate media mix for new store launches and product launches-Collaborating with Brand Team for events, marketing initiatives as and when required-Instrumental in driving brand partnerships in line with marketing goals and objectives

• Solely responsible for updating fund marketing collateral such as factsheet, one pagers, infographics,etc. for distributors & CBC channel • Assisted in the conceptualization, launch and execution of various NFO campaigns till date• Efficient completion of branding exercises at branches & distributor office premises• Assisted in the curation of Ads and other marketing collateral during IE Campaigns (ATL/BTL)• Creating social media content in line with the current industry and global sentiments for spreading brand awareness & better product visibility• Conducting webinars in collaboration with fund managers and product experts for IFAs and CBC channel• Conducting market research and analyzing the statistics, surveys and industry specifics to develop marketing strategies

Scope of services includes:- Development of sales collaterals/BTL activities like factsheet, application forms, offer documents, statutory advertising and other POS material.- Assisting in the management and co-ordination of internal and external events.- Increasing brand awareness on social media platforms.- Provide assistance during product campaigns, brand campaigns and investor education programs.- Carry out market research, both qualitative and quantitative as and when required.

Ensure complete knowledge on all products & services including getting certified as per internal and regulatory certification requirements. Attend all classroom sessions on training and pass all evaluations set for such sessions. Provide all such support as required to the team including assisting in documentation completion, servicing client needs and managing customer calls in the process of relationship management. Shadow RMs on client calls to learn the various aspects of wealth, portfolio and relationship management. Conducting marketing activities as required across venues in Mumbai based on event schedules.
