Current• Handling a team of 25 Ft’s.• Manages the Customer Billing ,Collection and Delivery Function of the Company• Manage Delivery team comprising Designers, Developers, Analysts and Collection Specialist.• Designing the KRA’s for the team members and performing the follow up on the same.• Ensuring high team spirit and healthy internal competition.• Works to reduce non-technical loses and optimize revenue collections for the Company• Resolving of all the issue which would… Show more • Handling a team of 25 Ft’s.• Manages the Customer Billing ,Collection and Delivery Function of the Company• Manage Delivery team comprising Designers, Developers, Analysts and Collection Specialist.• Designing the KRA’s for the team members and performing the follow up on the same.• Ensuring high team spirit and healthy internal competition.• Works to reduce non-technical loses and optimize revenue collections for the Company• Resolving of all the issue which would result in non payment of the invoice as per the company guide lines.• Responsible for verifying the invoices submitted by the billing and collection agent and verifies that all customers are being billed correctly and on time.• Responsible for timely submission of accurate performance reports• Responsible for managing overtime requirements, performance metrics analysis and ensure smooth flow of production.• Weekly Reviews of the operations department and strategy designing to ensure the achievement of monthly targets.• Maintaining the final reports analysis and submitting the same to the senior management with the Action Plans.• Interacts with major customers for collections and billings, as required and send billing statements to control for accounting purposes.• Co-ordinate with internal technical teams for smooth project execution and speedier resolution of customer issues.• Manage client expectations through constant interactions by phones, emails and online meetings.• Conduct Process and Project related Trainings for Customers and Internal teams.• Prepare training course material and run training workshops to train existing team members and new entrants.
