-An important role of a Cabin Senior is to supervise the team of multinational cabin crew. -Ensure service delivery is conducted as per standards and procedures.-Managing cost efficient operations by optimum utilization of all resources.-Provide excellent leadership to achieve a consistent in-flight service.-Represent self as a member of IFS Management team to achieve all business objectives.-Expected to ensure that all crew member complies to organization style & image requisites while on duty. -Conduct staff briefings on daily operations & execution of duties to enhance employee productivity.-Make sure that all members of the team are performing their duties as per company standard.-Established effective coordination with crew members and all stakeholders-Effectively manage all customs and Immigration procedures as specified.-Handle flight documentation.-Ensure all the security measures are followed and 5 star service is being delivered to all the customers.-Ensure the aircraft safety procedures are followed in daily routine and in emergency situations.-Was a key enabler in the execution of time and motion studies in the various Inflight service design stages.-Implement corrective action on the incidents involving non-compliance of the procedures & policies.-Ensure Smooth operation of flights.-Represented the company for inaugural flights.-Conduct periodic appraisals/ assessments of Flight Attendants and subordinates.-Ensured punctuality and on time performance
