As a part of the Global Talent Management team, I work closely with the HR-Business Partner team to support and enable targeted development. I interact with the HR group in the APAC region to support employee development needs across the employee lifecycle through a 70/20/10 development model.In addition, I consult with the business leaders of Engineering, Services, Infrastructure, Finance and Operations for periodic training needs analyses. My stakeholder interaction includes development and delivery of programs for skill and professional development. I also work closely with business and HR stakeholders for Management and Leadership development. This includes using the Kronos competency and leadership framework for behavioral development.As the regional leader for Kronos Diversity & Inclusion, I work closely with the corporate office for strategy creation and program development for the Women in Business initiative.

Developed an Onboarding program for the new hires in the engineering group. This spanned product, process and domain. The audience included experienced software engineers, interns as well fresh campus hires.Developed and delivered against a training calendar for employee development needs. This included technical courses, professional development and management development courses.

The 8+ years spent at Wipro, gave me the necessary foundation for an L&D professional. I grew from a Technical Trainer, to a Technical Training Manager and then to the role of Product Manager in a CoE. The major milestones in my career at Wipro included:• Delivering communication, technical and process training to New Hires.• Managed training teams spread over 4 locations for a technical process. This included inducting, coaching and mentoring new trainers in the team.• Fostered an environment of teamwork and “open-door”, conducive to positive dialogue across the team.• Co-developed strategies in collaboration with the operations, focused towards meeting resource and quality delivery. • Designed and managed MIS and Analytics for the process for all 4 locations.• Successfully deployed Live Online Learning using the Cisco Webex Training Center for pan BPO New Hire Training. This remote learning methodology is being used in Transition and Training Delivery with a view to reducing costs and managing effectiveness.• Managed the Learning BPO practice. It included creating solutions for prospective Learning Outsourcing. The service offering includes Learning Administration, Analytics, Logistics and LMS functional support. • Introduced Knowledge Management ideologies into the Training function. Led the project for setting up the KM portal for the CoE. Publish an interactive newsletter for sharing learning and development concepts and industry trends.• Liaised with e-learning vendors for training content creation.• Represented the function in quality audits, like COPC, ISO and other corporate audits.
