Opportunity Cross country is a targeted, internal mobility program designed to attract IBM sellers and technical sales specialists from major markets who are interested in the market potential and career opportunities in the growth markets.Blue Talent cloud (BTC) - Support end to end talent acquisition for the project. BTC connects experienced IBMers in home countries to open positions in host countries. This Is a temporary assignment (2-12 months assignment).Staffing Partner Mar 2010 – Dec 2012Supported end to end talent acquisition for Sales, pre-sales & technical hiring for various business units.Domestic reporting to support sales operations & finance team.People management responsibility.Geo expansion Project - Cater reporting needs of the project.
